The HIF-Series Hydraulic inline filter is used to protect high-pressure hydraulic systems up to 3,000 PSI.
When installed at the pressure side of a pump, the sintered bronze filter element can trap all debris larger the 25μm to prevent damage to the valves in the system.
The conical shaped sintered bronze element is positioned by a retaining spring to allow true, uninterrupted axial flow while protecting against system crashing by increasing pressure drop across the filter.
The strong, yet lightweight anodized aluminum housing can be ordered with special Viton O-rings for oil systems where chemical action or heat may be a problem for the standard Buna “N” O-rings.
The standard 25um sintered bronze filter element can be easily cleaned or replaced. Filter elements are also available in pore sizes of 10, 40 or 90 microns.
